Our three guest rooms are rented out together with a large bathroom and the front lounge. The Hinkelshof has a small campground on the meadow, with showers, restrooms, and electricity included. The rear seminar room, which includes a professional kitchen, is rented out separately.

Check-in for the vacation rental: 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Check-out for the vacation rental: by 10:00 a.m. for the rooms, by 10:30 a.m. for the common room

Where can I park and charge my electric car? There is a large parking lot right next to the main building. You can use it for free. There are two options for electric cars. – There is a public charging station next to the fire station. – Just let us know, and you can charge your car at our wallbox (50 cents per kWh).

How do I pay for the drinks from the fridge? Feel free to use this QR code—you can click on it.
Tip: If you’re staying here for a while, you can also buy weekly passes. They’re cheaper, and you can come and go as you please.
What’s the situation with buses in Körperich? There’s a regular bus service between Bitburg (Germany) and Vianden (Luxembourg); you can catch it at the church or near the Edeka supermarket. Here’s the schedule. Tip: When you’re in Vianden, you can use public transportation in Luxembourg for free.

Can the two bicycles in the courtyard be rented? Yes, you’re welcome to use the two bicycles parked next to the bakery for free.
Can I borrow the grill in the courtyard? Yes, you’re welcome to use it, but please ask first to make sure no one else needs it.

For everyone: Is it okay to use the fire pit? You’re more than welcome to use the fire pit; just let me know ahead of time, and I’ll give you a basket of wood (€5). Please use the fire pit only in the front yard, between the two patches of grass. Not under the tree! Please be aware that quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. You are welcome to stay there longer as long as you keep the noise down. Please clean the fire bowl the next day. There is a bucket with a shovel next to the door of the outdoor restrooms. Please dispose of the ashes in a plastic bag with the general waste.
For everyone: What about the animals? The Hinkelshof is home to cats, chickens, and a miniature pig.
Please do not feed the animals!! The cats are very friendly, and if you’d like, you can bring them into the lounge for a while—just be sure to take them back outside afterward. They are not allowed in the guest rooms.
You can see Jacky and the chickens from the campground, back in the pen. Please don’t feed them—this is important because Jacky isn’t allowed to eat everything.

For the vacation rental: Where can I find the light switches in the lounge? They’re on the beam to the left of the counter. You’ll also find the light switch there to turn on the wall lights in the courtyard. Please remember to turn off the lights when they are not needed.
For the mini-campground: What should you keep in mind? – Please do not use fire pits or grills on the campground that could burn the grass. – Please respect the quiet hours between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.; this applies to everyone.
For the mini-campground: Which spot can I choose when I check in? Please find a spot on your own. If a spot is already taken, you’ll be able to tell because the guests have left something there. Electricity and restroom facilities are included in the price.
For the mini-campground: How much does a spot on the campground lawn cost?
1 pitch: €25 per night for 2 people, plus €5 per night for each additional person aged 4 or over, up to a maximum of 4 people per pitch.
Plus a 1€ tourist tax for the municipality of Körperich per person (ages 14 and older), per night.
And how can I pay if I didn’t pay directly through a portal? Payments can be made using the first QR code via credit card and other digital payment providers, or using the second QR code via Wero.
